Do you take insurance?

I accept out-of-network benefits for most insurance plans. I collect a fee at the time of treatment, and take care of filing insurance claims on your behalf to make things easy for you. You will receive direct reimbursement from your insurance company within a few weeks.

I offer the 60-min intake session at $225 and each 45-min session afterward at $200. If you plan to use your health insurance, you will receive reimbursement for a portion of this cost. All fees and details of insurance coverage will be reviewed and agreed upon prior to the first session.

Intake sessions are 60-mins and each session afterward is 45-mins. We will plan to meet once weekly at the same agreed-upon time each week. We can always assess if more frequent sessions feel right for you. After a certain length of treatment, we may decide to meet less frequently.

All counseling sessions are currently provided via a secure and easy-to-use Telehealth platform. Once you become a client, you will have easy-access to my Telehealth video platform and online patient portal.

There are many advantages of online counseling, such as convenience, effectiveness, and safety from infectious diseases like COVID-19. That said, it's not for everyone. Online counseling works best for individuals with mild and moderate symptoms, who are comfortable using technology, and have a private place to sit during sessions.
