I created this practice with the vision of providing a space where New Yorkers will experience personalized care that is tailor-made to their individual needs. Doing this work is a passion of mine; I care deeply about my clients and am truly honored to support each individual journey to improved wellness.
... that's why I approach therapy knowing that my relationship with each client can often be the biggest indicator for change. My first priority is to be trustworthy, open, and honest with each unique individual who comes to see me. I provide therapy that is eclectic and person-centered at its core, allowing me to meet you exactly where you are in the moment, to help you feel seen and understood.
As a clinician, I pride myself in being a warm and empathetic presence. In the safe, supportive, and caring therapeutic relationship, you and I can face the issues that feel too difficult for you to face alone. Our work together can empower you as the authority in your life, by providing you with deeper insights into harmful patterns that keep you stuck, furthering your self-understanding, and offering you a consistent source of support and unconditional acceptance.
I focus on treating a variety of patient concerns, some of which include: perinatal mental health, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and self-exploration. I sincerely value and prioritize working with a group of racially, ethnically, and sexually diverse adults. Learn more about the services I offer via the site navigation menu.
I have always had an interest in people, which is why I earned two undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Development. After some time in the work force, I went on to earn my Master's degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University.
I am a fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State. With the presence of Telehealth, I am able to see clients from anywhere in the state of NY.
